Terms of Service

This is a standard template provided for review. It should be read and, where appropriate, revised by qualified legal counsel before it is relied upon as a binding agreement.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Yusi Time (the "Service"), provided by Yusi Time Inc. ("Yusi Time," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Yusi Time is a time-tracking and workspace-management platform that allows organizations to record, review, approve, and report on time worked by their members.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Some accounts are created directly by a workspace Administrator on your behalf ("provisioned accounts"); if your account was provisioned, your workspace Administrator may set your initial password and manage aspects of your account membership.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
New workspaces receive a 30-day free trial. After the trial ends, continued access requires an active paid subscription, billed per active user per month at the rate described on our Pricing page, with volume discounts applied automatically as a workspace grows. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor (Stripe); Yusi Time does not store your full payment card details. Workspaces that do not subscribe within the grace period following trial expiration will be locked until a subscription is started; existing data is retained during this period.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access to other workspaces or accounts, interfering with the Service's operation, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
6. Your Data
You retain ownership of the time entries, projects, and other content your workspace creates in the Service. We process this data on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms or for non-payment, subject to the grace-period terms described above.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yusi Time will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email prior to taking effect.
